Points System
What is the points system about? Plus

Our points system is a way to reward your loyalty as a coffee lover.

  • For every purchase you make in our Marketplace, you accumulate points based on the value of your order.
  • These points are added to your personal account.
  • When you reach a minimum of 50,000 points, you can redeem them for discounts on future purchases.
  • To redeem them, simply access the "Points" section in your account, generate a redemption code and apply it during the purchase process.

It's our way of thanking you for being part of our community of coffee lovers.

How do I use the accumulated points? Plus

To redeem your accumulated points, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access your account at www.latiendadelcafe.co
  2. Go to the 'Points' section, located at the top right of the screen
  3. Click on 'Ways to Redeem'
  4. The system will generate a code based on the number of points you wish to use (remember you must have at least 50,000 points accumulated)
  5. Add your favorite products to your cart
  6. During the checkout process, enter the generated code in the discount section

And that's it! The value equivalent to your points will be automatically deducted from your purchase.

How many points do I need to get a discount? Plus

You need to accumulate a minimum of 50,000 points to redeem them for a discount on your next purchase. The equivalent is:

  • 50,000 points = 5,000 Colombian pesos discount
  • 100,000 points = 10,000 Colombian pesos discount

And so on. Points are converted into monetary value that you can use on any product in our catalog.

Do points have an expiration date? Plus

The points accumulated in your account are valid for 12 months from the date you earned them. After this period, they will automatically expire if you haven't used them.
