Madre Selva Bourbon Cider Specialty Coffee is a coffee with a complex, sweet, and refreshing herbal infusion that makes it almost impossible to believe this could ever be a cup of coffee.
Its flavor profile is a symphony of floral notes, lime, mint, chamomile, spearmint, and yellow berries. All this is achieved thanks to a meticulous 24-hour cherry oxidation process, followed by 48 hours of fermentation after pulping. Finally, it's left to dry in the sun for 15 days, and that's it!
