Café Especial Madre Selva Finca Piamonte is a medium-roast washed coffee grown in the lush mountains of Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia. This coffee stands out for its perfectly balanced flavor, offering an exquisite combination of sugarcane and almond notes.
After being fermented for 72 hours in sealed vats, pulped, and washed, it is mechanically dried at an altitude of 1,750 meters above sea level in the Samaria area of Ciudad Bolívar.
